FGA Partners has made a commitment to support gender diversity in not only the finance industry but in business in general.
We are launching an initiative that will allow us to achieve greater diversity within FGA and our subsidiaries, particularly at the senior and executive levels.
Our mandate is to seek out and appoint a senior executive member to be in charge and accountable for gender inclusion and diversity. We will organize outreach, recruiting, retention and development programs to do the following:

  • Attract management level female executives
  • Provide mentoring opportunities for young women entering the workforce
  • Offer opportunities for personal and professional growth
  • Provide opportunities for women reentering the workforce
We are not mandated to launch such an initiative however we feel that its needed in order to develop the most diverse, growth oriented and passionate firm that we are able to.
In 2019 we will be  putting forward an initiative aligning senior female role models with high achieving state and independent schools to raise awareness of the industry and attract future talent
Female Skill Building and Networking Events will be launched mid 2019
In mid 2019 FGA will launched an initiative that will offer 8-week paid internships to woman professionals with experience in the private equity industry who are looking to restart their career. FGA will launch similar initiatives in conjunction with their subsidiaries.
This will be a 6-month development program for high potential women geared toward Manager and Vice-President level positions
This will be a 12-month developmental program for high potential female Vice-Presidents to gravitate towards Managing Director level.
