As a private equity firm, FGA Partners focuses on both strategic investments and partnerships with privately held companies, while modernizing how private equity deals are structured through the integration of blockchain and digital asset strategies. When pursuing a strategic partnership, our goal is to support companies in achieving their growth objectives and identifying acquisitions that facilitate expansion, enhanced by innovative capital pathways such as Digital Asset Treasuries (DATs) and DAT‑backed Perpetual or Fixed‑Term Digital Credit Notes (PDCNs/FDCNs). In this capacity, we become more than just a source of capital , we serve as a catalyst for business development, relationship management, and long‑term value creation, leveraging blockchain‑based financial instruments to strengthen liquidity and transparency.
For direct acquisitions, we target undervalued companies with strong fundamentals and the potential for repositioning and growth, making them suitable additions to our expanding ecosystem. Our acquisition range starts from around $10 million and can extend to several hundred million, provided there is clear value to be added and the company can deliver accretive results within 12 to 24 months. We remain open to both privately held and viable publicly traded companies across diverse industries, as long as we can identify inherent value and apply our modernized private equity framework to unlock it.
