Women in Leadership
FGA Partners has made a commitment to support gender diversity in not only the finance industry but in business in general.
We are seeking to launch an initiative that will allow us to achieve greater diversity within FGA, our business partners and investments, particularly at the senior and executive levels.
We will seek out and appoint a senior executive member to be in charge and accountable for gender inclusion and diversity across the board. We will organize outreach, recruiting, retention and development programs to do the following:
- Attract management level female executives
- Provide mentoring opportunities for young women entering the workforce
- Offer opportunities for personal and professional growth
- Provide opportunities for women reentering the workforce
We are not mandated to launch such an initiative however we feel that its needed in order to develop the most diverse, growth oriented and passionate firm that we are able to for the firm and our business partners.
In the near future we are looking forward to putting forward an initiative aligning senior female role models with high achieving state and independent schools to raise awareness of the industry and attract future talent.
Female Skill Building and Networking Events will be launched on the Soapbox Club Community Platform to allow young women to connect, learn, get mentorship and help each other build. It is free to join.
