Kenneth J. Kulaga (MBA Seton Hall University and Certified Treasury Professional) is a senior financial and operational executive with more than 30 years of experience in translating business issues into risk mitigating actions by implementing corporate business strategies and optimizing profitability options. Most recently, consulting Chief Financial Officer/ Chief Administrative Officer with Clifton Larsen Allen for Start Ups (Electric Vehicle, Cannabis Distribution (CA) and Construction companies) and Private Equity owned (Aerospace, Transportation Technology and Smart Power Grid) firms. Ken was responsible for all global finance functions and activities, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, ERP, HR, and IT reporting. He was a member of the Board of Directors for both the audit/risk and finance committees. Prior to Clifton Larsen Allen, Ken served as Vice President of Finance/Chief of Staff for CFO GLOBAL FOUNDRIES/Mubadala Development Company.

His scope of duties consisted of developing and executing business plans and leading the financial transformation within the firm that included establishing a world class finance team. Before this Ken worked as Finance Director at ABM Industries. He was responsible for ABM’s corporate-wide strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. Ken worked closely with senior executives, both operational and finance, in developing and compiling an integrated planning process within the company.

Ken’s prior position was CFO Consumer Electronics Division at Sirius Satellite Radio. His primary duties focused on enhancing financial reporting and analyzing marketing and retail/Ecommerce business alternatives for the division. He played a key financial role in driving productivity improvements by developing metrics and implementing reporting to measure progress as well as recommend performance improvement measures. Ken began his career working in increasingly senior positions at Lucent Technologies/Avaya (formerly AT&T), eventually serving as Business Unit CFO for several platforms and Head of Global Financial Planning and Analysis and Business Performance. Ken was selected to participate in the AT&T/ Lucent Technologies Leadership Continuity Program.

Ken is currently an Executive Vice-President with FGA Partners.
